How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

Our schedule is fluid and can change hour to hour. Ideally, request or call with 24–48 hours’ notice. We strive to see your loved one as soon as possible, though same-day appointments can’t be guaranteed.

Do I need to prepare anything in my home prior to the doctor’s arrival?

Nothing is required. Our doctors are prepared for many situations. You may choose to consider your pet’s favorite place, foods, or activities—like walks, car rides, or cuddling—to make their day special.

Who can be present during the visit?

Families are encouraged to be present, including other pets. If extra pets are temporarily separated, our doctors offer them the opportunity to experience your loved one’s scent or presence after passing.

How long does the process take?

At your preferred pace, the process can be as quick as 15 minutes, but our doctors respect family cues. Ample time is provided, while being mindful of other appointments.
