Dr. Jacqueline Houser grew up in Portland, Oregon, and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Oregon State University. With a deep passion for animal care and a compassionate approach, she joined Heartstrings Pet Hospice to help families navigate the delicate and meaningful process of in-home euthanasia and aftercare.
In her free time, Dr. Houser enjoys immersing herself in nature through camping, kayaking, and climbing with friends. She also loves spending quiet moments reading, strategizing in chess, and relaxing at home with her beloved dogs and cats. Dr. Houser’s dedication to animals and their families reflects her belief in providing comfort and dignity during the most tender moments of a pet’s journey.
